BBA at TRU.

Students are beginning to see the employment opportunities available to those choosing to study business. Thompson Rivers University North offers the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program. A grounding in general business studies is developed in years one and two, and students specialize an area of interest in years three and four.

Students receive high quality instruction from academics and practitioners and complete group work, give presentations and solve case studies as part of the curriculum. International Exchanges are available to students in their third and fourth year and all business students have the option of exploring Cooperative Education. TRU North is accepting applications for 2013 now.

A course offering for everyone.

TRU North is running both Financial Accounting (BBUS 2210) and Introduction to Archaeology (ARCH 1190) in the winter semester.

Both courses will be running during the evening and are offered to Grade 12 students through concurrent studies. It’s a great way to get ahead with university studies. There are scholarship opportunities for grade 12 students interested in concurrent studies beginning in January.

Students taking BBUS 2210 will learn the fundamentals of financial accounting from the perspective of the user. Introduction to Archaeology introduces students to the fundamentals of Archaeology. It is also the prerequisite requirement for the Archaeology Field School running through TRU this summer.
