Friday December 23
The Station House Gallery would like to remind everyone that their Christmas Market is up and running and will be open seven days a week until the end of December.
Over the holidays the Cariboo Growers Market will be open Tuesdays and Fridays, and closed on December 24 and December 31.
New in the store are smoked salmon lox and pate, Honeycrisp apples from Fraserbench Farms, and lots of holiday gifts, stocking stuffers and gift-certificates from the Coop, including free ribbons, free wrapping and free cards.
There is no StrongStart this week at Mountview, Cataline, or Marie Sharpe Elementary Schools, as school is out for the holidays. Classes, along with the StrongStart program, will resume January 2, 2012.
The Library hosts Preschool Storytime from 10:30am to 11:15am for ages 3-6.
The iceberg is back at Sam Ketcham Memorial Pool from 1:30pm to 3:00pm today for Iceberg Fun Days.
The Royal Canadian Legion hosts their Friday Meat Draw from 5:00pm to 6:00pm this evening. They are located at 385 Barnard Street in Williams Lake. Saturday December 24 The Legion hosts their Saturday Meat Draw from 3:00pm to 5:00pm this afternoon.

St Johns Lutheran Church invites the community to share a Christmas Eve Servce at the church at 377 Hodgson Road. Phone 250-392-4422 for more information.

Tuesday December 27
There is no StrongStart this week at 150 Mile House Elementary School.
Parent-Child Mother Goose is held in the Women’s Contact Society Boardroom from 10:00am to 11:00am for ages 0-5 and their parent or caregiver each Tuesday. Bring your little one to learn songs, stories, and rhymes.
The Library offers Toddler Time from 10:30am to 11:00am every Tuesday for ages 0-3.
The Station House Gallery has After-School Art Classes each Tuesday and Wednesday. This is a fun, flexible program which offers multiple learning opportunities.
