"It’s what you learn after you know it all that counts!" -John Wooden
Who ever said ‘age before beauty’ never met Elaine. Although her appearance and outlook on life would certainly belie her age, Elaine has lived on this planet for 94 years. I have recently had the personal privilege and honor to get to know her. When I asked if I might interview her for this article, to my great pleasure she said ‘yes’ I am thrilled to be able to share a little portion of her with you.

By Danya KeeleyFor centuries the above recipe was considered sacred and extremely powerful. Consequently, it was only passed on to a few select and advanced students of metaphysics. The secret is now out. These principles are available to anyone who chooses to practice them. Unfortunately, the fears which the ancients harbored concerning the misuse of the six steps was somewhat misguided because the majority of people consider the recipe too simple. Therefore, most of us have no concept or experience of just how effective and powerful the Alchemic Recipe for Manifestation really is.
Professional Life Coaching: defined

Life Coaching is not yet a household word -- nor would most people necessarily believe that Life Coaching could be a ‘mainstream’ approach to achieving success.
However, a long time public speaker and workshop leader, Anthony Robins, has been Coaching people for years. Most of us haven’t classified him as a Coach or consider his large group gatherings an arena for Coaching, but essentially he is a Life Coach. He has mastered the ability to facilitate, challenge and motivate individuals to change whatever is necessary to achieve their intentions. Tony has assisted thousands of people in making the appropriate adjustments in their habits, beliefs and behaviors so they can accomplish what they desire; and essentially that is quite an accurate definition of Life Coaching. The main intention and focus of a Life Coach is to help an individual or group discover their own resources, align with their own values, clearly define and accomplish their own goals, and develop the strength and talent to improve their own lives.

By Danya Keeley“Nobody else has ever been quite like you!” the old sage proclaimed. “And no one else will ever be like you! You are simply one-of-a-kind; absolutely unique!” he wisely continued. “No matter how hard you try, you can never improve upon your true self. Your essence is unchangeable. The quintessential you can never be duplicated, truly imitated or cloned. Since your birth the Divinely created authentic you have never ever changed. Literally no one, no thing, no circumstance can ever alter the essential You!” the venerated master imparted.
“However, you can separate from this truth, if you forget who you are, thus subjecting yourself to a great emptiness and anguish of Soul,” the elder gently explained.

“No!” Rene replied, sounding like a recalcitrant two year old. “Sheesh,” she thought to herself. Lately she’d been saying ‘no’ a lot: sometimes before even weighing up the nature of the request. Her husband and children were a little stunned; they’d gotten used to Rene being very compliant over the years.

When people ask me to explain ‘transformational’ coaching, I always say ‘yes.’ I believe the following story, adapted from a parable told by an East Indian Spiritual Teacher, illustrates the process beautifully.
